There is a flood of inventory coming to Cherry Creek Vista in late April. My strategy for 2026 is to get my clients sold and closed before that wave hits.
By targeting a mid-March launch, we capitalize on low inventory and high buyer urgency. We face less competition and often command a higher price from frustrated buyers who have been waiting all winter.
