Closing in Glendale on Oneida condo

Gail & Phil wanted to buy an investment home and a place for their son to live. But they had a certain part of town of town in mind - Glendale. Because it's such a competitive market, they had to make a couple offers, but they ended up with the perfect condo in a great location. They loved working with Vickie Hall and Nova Home Loans.
